Information we collect

When you complete our request form, we collect:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your ZIP code
• Your street address (optional)
• The roof service you need and whether you own the home
• The date and time of your submission

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 and we do not ask for financial account information, Social Security numbers, or other sensitive data.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to match you with one independent, licensed, insured local roofing contractor who can schedule your free inspection, and to communicate with you about that request.

Who we share your information with

We share the details you submit with one matched independent roofing contractor so they can fulfill your inspection request. We do not sell your personal information to data brokers, and we do not send your information to multiple companies. We also share information with the service providers we use to run the site (see below), and we may disclose information if required by law.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which delivers your submission to us on our behalf. Formspree's handling of the data is governed by its own privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use the Meta Pixel (a tracking technology provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.) and related cookies to measure the performance of our advertising, understand which pages and actions drive inspection requests, and improve our ads. The Meta Pixel may collect information about your visit, including pages viewed, actions taken, and device/browser identifiers, and share it with Meta.

You can opt out of this kind of tracking by adjusting your browser settings to block cookies or third-party cookies, using your browser's tracking-protection or "Do Not Track" features, or updating your ad preferences in your Meta (Facebook / Instagram) account settings.

Communications and SMS opt-out

When you check the consent box on our form, you agree that we and the matched contractor may contact you by phone call, text message (SMS), and email about your roof inspection request, including at the number and email you provided. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any text message from us. You can opt out of emails by replying to any email and asking to be removed, or by contacting us at the address below.

Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as needed to fulfill your inspection request, follow up with you and the matched contractor, and maintain reasonable business, accounting, and legal records. When we no longer need the information, we delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we have about you by emailing the address below. You can also decline to submit the form — the form is the only way we collect personal information from you.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected on this page before they take effect. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
